Celebrate the arrival of spring at the Blossom Kite Festival, one of the National Cherry Blossom Festival traditions. Set on the grounds of the Washington Monument, the festival fills the sky with colorful kites while hosting competitions, demonstrations and live performances throughout the day. Attendees can participate and bring their own kites. The festival takes place Saturday, March 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free!
