Wednesday, Aug. 17

Robbery/Assault, 35th and Prospect Streets, 11:45 p.m.

Complainant reports being struck in the head and knocked to the ground by an unidentified male at the intersection of 35th and Prospect Street. Suspect stole purse containing $15 and fled northbound in a waiting vehicle parked on 35th Street. MPD and DPS responded to canvass area. Complainant sustained injuries to her head and left knee.
