The New South Student Center will be finished, we will have all graduated and we’ll have experienced another presidential inauguration, but what else will have changed?
Yesterday evening, The Hoya hosted “Georgetown in Five Years: A Conversation with Student Leaders,” a discussion with panelists Nate Tisa, GUSA President; Lizzy MacGill, The Corp CEO; Kyle Zhu, SFS Academic Council President; and Aya Waller-Bey, SOCA Co-Chair; moderated by The Hoya’s Board Chair, Evan Hollander.
Topics discussed ranged from university transparency to student leadership on campus and each panelist had something interesting to share. Stay tuned for a full piece in The Hoya on Friday, but here are some notable quotes for thought.
Now it’s your turn. Where do you see Georgetown in five years? What advice do you have for the new students about getting involved on campus and making a difference? Email your thoughts to [email protected] and you just might see your advice on 4E.
