This is inaccurate because all that it does it take the median male salary and the median female salery and put them next to each other. It does not consider the same job level, the same company, or the same job. This also doesn’t include average work times(Men work 14% longer hours), job preference(a software developer outearns a teacher any day(just one example), or that men are more likely to die on the job.
