A Village A apartment was burglarized April 5, bringing the number of reported student residence burglaries this month to three.
According to a Department of Public Safety alert, the suspect entered the empty apartment sometime between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. through an unlocked sliding glass door and took a laptop and an iPad.
The incident was not reported until today at 6:30 p.m., and DPS is investigating the crime.
